As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer, you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

• Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns. 

• Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance. 

• Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to continually improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. 

• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and maximize the impact of Adobe Journey Optimizer. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 1+ Years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
