🚀 About the Role As a key leader within the Quantum Metric Partnerships Team, the Director, EMEA Channel Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving significant growth and scale through our strategic cloud, technology, and solution partners across EMEA. This role will work directly with Quantum Metric sales and Customer Success teams, alongside EMEA GTM leaders, as well as our channel partners’ field sales and executive teams. You will define and execute the EMEA ecosystem strategy, identify and onboard key partners, establish best practices for joint go-to-market initiatives, and broadly enable all stakeholders on the value of Quantum Metric within our partner ecosystems.
The Director, EMEA Channel Partnerships will be the primary partner resource for all channel-related initiatives within the EMEA region. This role will be expected to establish trust and credibility, lead regional partner sales managers, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including account executives, regional VPs, marketing, sales engineering, and customer success, while flawlessly executing our partner sales processes and delivering on all key performance metrics and outcomes.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Develop and Own EMEA Partner Strategy: Formulate and execute the comprehensive EMEA partner strategy in close collaboration with EMEA GTM leaders.
- Identify and Onboard Strategic Partners: Identify, prioritize, and onboard solution partners (including system integrators, digital agencies, consultancies, and resellers) into the Quantum Metric partner program.
- Drive Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop detailed joint business plans focused on generating and accelerating new logo acquisition and existing logo expansion.
- Secure Executive Alignment: Develop compelling business cases, secure executive sponsorship, and gain buy-in for key channel partner initiatives that align with Quantum Metric’s EMEA GTM strategy.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work cross-functionally with EMEA sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the partner strategy.
- Execute Strategic Go-To-Market Programs: Implement strategic go-to-market programs leveraging joint marketing opportunities such as webinars, podcasts, case studies, blog posts, and physical events.
- Build and Manage Partner Sales Teams: Recruit, hire, and manage the partner sales managers across targeted EMEA markets, driving their performance and professional development.
💡 Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive technology-related sales or channel management experience.
- 8+ years of experience developing and scaling cloud, technology, and solution partnerships, managing partner sales teams, and delivering strong revenue growth within the EMEA market.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the contact center environment (e.g., chat, call center agents, software, processes, call obviation projects) is preferred.
- Proven experience working with and managing partnerships with enterprise organizations.
- Experience working with system integrators, digital agencies, and consultancies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all endeavors.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exemplify articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble, and accountable traits, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
- Familiarity with the APAC market and partners is a plus.
- Experience developing partnerships and alliances within the e-commerce/digital industry is a plus, with direct experience in analytics, experimentation, CX, personalization, or contact center solutions being highly valued.
