About the Role
Stitch Fix’s Frontend team is looking for an experienced engineer to help build the next generation of frontend tools and infrastructure for our growing audience. Our team is responsible for guiding and supporting frontend development at Stitch Fix. We provide patterns, tools, and infrastructure that help our product engineering teams focus on product problems. In our work, we strive for efficiency, reuse, quality, and autonomy. We’re motivated by seeing our engineering partners easily and enjoyably deliver value to our business and positive experiences to our customers.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range$136,700—$201,000 USD
