Remote Vice President, Assistant Controller @ Affirm

We’re looking for a leader to join our team as our Assistant Controller. This role will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and serve as a key member of the Accounting Leadership team! As a leader at Affirm, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for overseeing Global GL, Accounting Operations, International Accounting, and Global Equity and Payroll. The Assistant Controller will liaise with various cross functional leaders and teams including, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Capital Markets, Strategic Finance, People, Legal, Product, Engineering and many others. Our fast paced environment requires excellent organization and strong execution to manage a variety of complex projects simultaneously.

Base Pay Grade – W

Equity Grade – 23

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range per year: $340,000 – $380,000
