Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s Implementation Specialist, you will:
Provide dedicated support to our Project Managers, offering crucial assistance in various tasks to facilitate seamless project implementation.
The Role:
90% – Implementation Program Management
- Deliver customer value in the form of stable, predictable, and structured new client implementation programs that provide critical data and workflow inputs required for all downstream analytics and processing
- Track implementation tasks and maintain the dashboard in SmartSheet
- Provide impeccable data and process integrity
- Create and maintain client-specific work papers throughout the implementation and eventual hand-off to Revecore analysts assigned to perform the work
- In conjunction with the Client Onboarding Director work with client management toward; obtaining and organizing client contact information, contract data, claims spreadsheets and electronic data including 835 and 837 files; working with client contacts and assigned Revecore personnel
- Organize, review, and upload client contracts for Client Implementation purposes
- Manage the timely provisioning of credentials used by Revecore analysts for client system access, throughout implementation, by working with all relevant stakeholders; following-up with any access delays and/or issues as needed
- Work with client managers to test all system access and address any issues as needed
- Identify equipment and resource needs to prepare for placement of Revecore analysts who will be working onsite at a new client location
5 % – Capability Expansion & New Initiative Development
- Work with Client Onboarding Director to scale processes and controls to meet growing demands of the business
- In conjunction with Client Onboarding Director, implement opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and reduce friction during implementation process
- Independently source opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies, and optimization of new client onboarding processes
5% – Organizational Leadership
- Build cross-functional relationships with key business stakeholders
- Represent the company and its implementation objectives externally in a way that underscores value contribution to our overall efforts on behalf of customers
- Share business and client learning and insights with the larger operations organization
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare business office setting
- Ability to work independently and own assigned responsibilities
- Strong business application proficiency including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Business process and workflow mapping skills preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing needs and scope of work
- Articulate, well-spoken, and thoughtful
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (with up and downstream stakeholders)
