- Data Integrity & Governance: Own the quality and accuracy of deal information entering our core systems, including Salesforce and Ironclad. You will be the source of truth for deal arrangements.
- Sales Velocity & Enablement: By managing the data validation process, you will speed up approvals and help get contracts in front of clients faster.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Sales, Pricing & Proposals, and RevOps to map, define, and enforce the deal engagement process and associated SLAs.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Actively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the deal execution process. You will work with business systems partners to drive Salesforce or other tool updates to automate these processes over time, increasing scalability.
- Systematically capture competitor data from deals and partner with stakeholders to transform it into a structured database the company can use to refine its strategy.
