Your Mission
Netherlands, Poland or Germany-based | Remote | German fluency required | Channel & Direct Sales | Full-timeAs Propeller experiences rapid growth across all markets, your mission is clear: drive growth and retention within the DACH region and be an integral part of our expansion in Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Engineers and Sales to ensure successful renewals, expand our existing customers’ use of Propeller’s product suite, and nurture relationships with key channel partners (dealers). In partnership with Customer Success, you’ll be instrumental in growing the value of our existing accounts in this vital region. You’ll also play a key role in maturing Propeller’s Account Management function, identifying and implementing scalable processes and standards for customer renewals and channel partner engagement.
About You
You’re an experienced Account Manager or Technical Sales professional, ideally with a background in B2B SaaS and a solid grasp of the SaaS business model. You’re passionate about delivering exceptional value to customers and optimizing renewal processes. As a self-starter, you thrive independently and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment. You have a proven track record of directly engaging with customers, adapting your communication style seamlessly to diverse audiences. You’re a confident and adept presenter, skilled at navigating corporate dynamics within customer and partner organizations to achieve successful outcomes.
To do this you will:
- Manage an annual quota, consistently meeting or exceeding growth and churn targets.
- Proactively grow the value of 150+ accounts, with a primary focus on Germany.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both hardware and software customers, as well as channel partners (dealers), in collaboration with our local Account Executive.
- Drive renewal sales and expansions while actively preventing churn.
- Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with our dealer network, effectively demonstrating value and ROI.
- Educate customers and dealers on pricing changes to our core platform and new product offerings.
- Deeply understand each customer’s needs and desired outcomes to align them with real, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across a diverse range of customer types and sizes.
- Strategically manage low ARR churn across your portfolio of accounts.
Your Skills
- 2+ years of B2B account management or tech sales experience, with a demonstrable history of meeting quotas, preventing churn, growing accounts, and driving upsells and expansions.
- Exposure to Construction, Construction Tech, GIS, Surveying, or a related industry (e.g., UAVs, geospatial technologies, or visualization platforms).
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- You excel at showcasing product value in relatable terms, communicating confidently, and negotiating effectively. You’re naturally skilled at handling tough conversations, overcoming objections, and re-educating customers.
Bonus points for
- Experience working with channel partners.
- Experience working for a SaaS company.
- Knowledge or experience in:
- UAVs and visualization platforms.
- A remote pilot license.
