Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s People Systems and Analytics Specialist, you will:
Provide support for the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and help with data and reporting for the People Team. This role supports data entry, reporting requests, system updates, and general administrative tasks.
The Role:
HCM System Administration
- Update employee data in the HCM system.
- Support system users by helping troubleshoot basic issues or questions. Assist with training materials or basic instructions for users
- Oversee system testing when new features or updates are introduced.
Data Management & Integrity
- Enter and update employee information accurately. Run basic audits as needed.
- Oversee PTO and leave administration (FMLA, parental leave, bereavement, etc.), including tracking, employee communication, and documentation.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop, generate, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to include headcount, turnover, and other metrics as needed.
- Assist with creating simple visual reports using Excel or similar tools.
Process Support
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase operational efficiency. Assist with document processes and improving workflows.
- Support People Team projects related to systems or data.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and ensure HR data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with data protections laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
You’ll be successful if you have:
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage confidential data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and continuous improvement.
It would be great if you also have:
- Prior experience with HRIS or data-focused role.

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
