Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our central team, with a strong focus on revenue recognition under IFRS 15. The role involves reviewing contracts (including those in German), assessing financial clauses, and ensuring compliance with the 5-step IFRS 15 model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze customer contracts for revenue recognition implications;
- Apply the IFRS 15 5-step model accurately and consistently;
- Ensure correct project setup and revenue parameters in SAP;
- Coordinate closely with the billing team to ensure alignment and timely invoicing;
- Collaborate with legal and business units to interpret contract terms;
- Support month-end close, controls, and audit processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Solid experience in financial reporting and contract review;
- Strong understanding of IFRS, especially IFRS 15;
- Experience with SAP (project setup and revenue configuration);
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English;
- German is a strong plus;
- Location: Cluj Napoca, Timisoara, Sibiu, Brasov.
