Position Summary
Teach For All is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Operations & Project Manager to join our Equity, Leadership, and Organizational Development (EL&OD) Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in advancing Teach For All’s 25-year vision by providing essential operational and project management support to the EL&OD team, while also significantly contributing to broader People Circle initiatives, with a key focus on optimizing data systems and analysis to foster global staff leadership development.
About the Team
In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Global Director, Equity, Leadership & Organizational Development; closely collaborate with and support the Director, Equity & Leadership Development and Chief Administration Officer (CAO) as well; and engage meaningfully with members of the People Circle and broader organization as well. We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Manage Learning and Development Offerings
- Lead the end-to-end project management for staff development learning offerings. This includes helping to design programs, building detailed backwards planning timelines, drafting clear stakeholder communications, coordinating recruitment, creating essential materials, and collecting and processing valuable feedback.
- Drive excellence inkey annual People Circle processes, including facilitating alignment on organizaton-wide timelines for the staff member performance review cycle, drafting organizational communications, and ensuring all relevant resources are current and accessible.
- Help execute the sponsorship program, which involves matching sponsors (internal staff mentors and advocates) with staff members, and proactively keeping sponsors up to date on key information.
Lead People Data Management & Analysis
- Manage the integrity and strategic utilization of critical people data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.
- Project manage the annual engagement survey process, from planning to execution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of engagement survey data, extracting key insights and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the development needs survey process to identify and address staff learning priorities across the organization.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
- Oversee and manage the budgets for the EL&OD team and the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial responsibility.
- Support the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) and People Circle Leads in annual planning processes, contributing to strategic priority setting and operational alignment.
Ad Hoc People Circle Projects
- Coordinate and manage staff appreciation initiatives for key milestones, fostering a culture of recognition.
- Work closely with the CAO to support a secondment program, ensuring smooth coordination for hiring managers and our external partner.
- Contribute to other ad hoc projects as needed, such as leading or participating in working groups focused on various organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- A strong background in project management, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to draft clear and concise messages for diverse audiences.
- A proactive and independent work style, comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking initiative to drive work forward.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and building strong working relationships.

Compensation
Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on country of hire and prior work experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Travel and Hours
All work is delivered virtually. Up to10% of possible travel may be required. Given that we work across different time zones, some non-traditional hours for early or later calls are an expectation of this role.
