Position Requirements: 

As the Talent Attraction Content Specialist at GE Vernova, you’ll have the chance to create captivating graphics that elevate our recruitment efforts and showcase our brand. This role involves designing innovative digital and print materials under tight deadlines, contributing to ad campaigns, job fairs, and out-of-home media. The Content Specialist will report to the Global Content & Communications Manager and work closely with the Communication Specialist to ensure the alignment of design with messaging. In this role, you’ll leverage your creative prowess to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with GE Vernova’s brand standards and recruitment objectives. This role demands a passion for design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications 

To excel in this position, you should bring significant experience in graphic design, particularly within recruitment or branding contexts. 

If contracted in Spain:Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: EU Work Permit, NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
