Position Requirements:
As the Talent Attraction Content Specialist at GE Vernova, you’ll have the chance to create captivating graphics that elevate our recruitment efforts and showcase our brand. This role involves designing innovative digital and print materials under tight deadlines, contributing to ad campaigns, job fairs, and out-of-home media. The Content Specialist will report to the Global Content & Communications Manager and work closely with the Communication Specialist to ensure the alignment of design with messaging. In this role, you’ll leverage your creative prowess to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with GE Vernova’s brand standards and recruitment objectives. This role demands a passion for design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop High-Quality Graphics: Create visually compelling and high-quality graphics for various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, print materials) to attract top talent to the brand.
Collaborate with Communication Team: Integrate visual elements seamlessly with written content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends and industry best practices, applying insights to create modern, engaging, and innovative recruitment materials.
Manage Creative Assets: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of creative assets (images, logos, videos, templates), ensuring accessibility and currency.
Manage Creative Processes: Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, working under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Contribute to Ad Campaigns: Design and execute ad campaigns, ensuring visual content aligns with overall brand messaging and recruitment objectives.
Content Creation: Creates and edits engaging multimedia content including videos, GIFs, graphics, and written posts to support campaigns and bring the employer brand to life across digital channel.
Content Ideation: Generates creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and candidate interests, contributing to campaign planning, calendars, and storytelling initiatives.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should bring significant experience in graphic design, particularly within recruitment or branding contexts.
Strong Experience: Proven expertise in graphic design, particularly in creating digital and print materials for recruitment or marketing purposes, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Digital and Print Media Design: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across multiple mediums.
Recruitment Marketing: Experience in recruitment marketing, specifically in developing engaging content that brings employer brand to life across digital, social and career platforms.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
Multimedia Design Experience: Experience in multimedia design (video, web content) is a plus.
Knowledge of Recruitment Industry: Understanding of recruitment industry trends and tailoring design to attract talent.
Project Management Skills: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creative and Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
