You provide compelling insights and engage with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers.
How you will contribute
Support Director, Sales Transformation with progressing various programs and priorities
Develop and communicate sales instruction materials focused on SRP, Promo Strategy, Shelving Guidelines, and SKU Priorities
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to streamline execution and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives
Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
Consensus Review (IBP) – Ensure voice of the customer is embedded into consensus review and any other appropriate IBP forums
SO&E – Short range planning execution. Risk and Ops management
I2M – Represent voice of sales in I2M long range projects
Communicate internal changes and updates to the field teams
Gather field inputs for cross-functional decisions. Examples: customer fees for innovation and displays, customer capabilities for off-cycle POG changes, customer capabilities for in and out displays, etc.
Key linkage between the Sales Teams and the Category Innovation, Marketing and Equity teams to ensure that our strategies and tactics are aligned to the needs of our customers
Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
Plays a leadership role providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve targets
Be seen as the category expert internally and create compelling, actionable & measurable category plans
Ongoing assessment of critical baseline volume opportunities / risks and lead initiatives to optimize category performance

Influence stakeholders and interacting effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
Analytical skills and business acumen
Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field is a distinct advantage
7+ years of experience in sales & retail leadership role
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills to maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
University Degree, Masters Preferred
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
