A Day in the Life
Join the Medtronic VES Poland team responsible for cardiovascular portfolio (e.g. peripheral, structural heart)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth mainly in private sector.
You’ll work in a flexible, digital-first environment supported by a fantastic team and a structured training program. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales
- Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies
- Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc.
- Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
- Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product range
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
- Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
- Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in Medical Science, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant
- 1-2 years of sales experience in healthcare field
- Fluent Polish and English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
- Team-oriented with strong goal orientation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.
