Job Description Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for Enterprise Mobility products. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. It also includes facilitation of acquisition/divestiture activities for Enterprise Mobility products.
In this combined role the individual will own integration/automations and drive the strategy for all enabling tools i.e., MyTech/SNOW used for provisioning and managing Enterprise Mobility products.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, risks log and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage service level delivery KPIs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage acquisition/divestiture activities for Enterprise Mobility products.
- Maintain the roadmaps for all enabling tools incl. integrations and automations, used for delivering Enterprise Mobility products (SME for all enabling tools).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge and skills in IT service management (ITIL framework).
- Knowledge on IT expense management, with a focus on telco and related solutions.
- Negotiation stills, migration, and implementation of Enterprise Mobility contracts.
- Inventory management for driving managed services through local vendors & global mobile fleet.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.
- Excellent written/verbal client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in digital technology and technical product management within Digital Workplace domain.
- Solid experience working in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure environment, with various IT systems, technologies, platforms, concepts, and applications.
Desired Characteristics
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
