ABOUT THE ROLE

The Outbound Business Development Representative utilizes the core capabilities of a BDR to generate new business opportunities at accounts not already showing interest in Spellbook. This role focuses on generating new mid-market connections and deals and collaborates closely with the BDR Manager on standing up campaigns, outreach methods and lead generation channels in green space.

This position is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual looking to advance their career in sales at a growing organization and enjoys the flexibility and freedom provided in a new sales motion with a massive TAM.
