This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is seeking a dynamic Talent Manager with experience in developing and executing influencer strategies to join our internal Brand, Creative and Research team. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of influencer partnerships, from initial research and coordination, to contract support and performance reporting. Beyond influencer activations, this role will build and nurture meaningful relationships with customer talent featured in our marketing materials, creating opportunities that benefit both the talent and GoDaddy.
Success in this role requires proficiency across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and X. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills throughout campaign execution and talent relationship management, complemented by analytical capabilities for effective performance reporting. We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape who brings a positive work ethic, attention to detail, and an eagerness to continuously grow and adapt in this dynamic field.
What you’ll get to do…
- Support Head of Influencer Marketing to deliver business results
- Own coordination and implementation of influencer campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (including media, PR, social) to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in organizing influencer activation requests and planning
- Drive end-to-end influencer campaign execution
- Research – Own influencer research and identification, using GoDaddy’s third-party tools to help identify potential partners
- Outreach – Reach out to and secure partnerships with influencers through follow-ups and communication
- Contracting – Drive influencer contract coordination with Business Affairs and legal
- Influencer Briefing – Build the brief outlining activation requirements/guidelines and brief in influencers to ensure comprehension
- Content reviews – Manage content review process internally and keep stakeholders informed
- Live – Provide status of content going live and organize live links for teams to reference, helping address questions as they arise
- Campaign Reporting – Develop campaign reporting documentation to share results, insights, and findings with partners, in collaboration with media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to enable deep partnerships
- Assist Customer Talent Manager in maintaining long-term relationships with customers used in marketing materials
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates
- Show initiative and self-motivation in daily tasks
Your experience should include…
- 4+ years supporting and managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Experience executing on influencer campaigns for brands across a range of social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- Proven track record of supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, including effectively managing relationships with Sr Manager and Director level leadership
