Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix, Steuerbot and TaxScouts, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we’re rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016

Your challenge:  

A strong customer relationship determines the success of every company. As a Customer Support Agent at Taxfix, you are the first point of contact for our users. As part of our Expert Advice Customer Support team, you’ll be the voice of Taxfix for users navigating their tax return journey with the help of our Expert Service. You’ll provide proactive, empathetic, and knowledgeable support that ensures a smooth, trustworthy experience. You are a significant part of our journey to revolutionise the tax software market. By evaluating user feedback, you help us continuously improve the Taxfix app.

We initially offer a full-time contract for 1 year starting on August 1, 2025, with the possibility of an extension. If you don’t live in Berlin, that’s not a problem – our team members work from various locations in Germany, and we provide remote onboarding.
