Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

Ally is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Strategy Director to join our Fraud Prevention team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that originate outside of the fraud organization, however, will also have responsibility of supporting Fraud led strategic initiatives. This role is an integral stakeholder in cross functional projects – often led by product and digital teams – where fraud considerations must be balanced with business growth objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor and control expert, influencing initiative design and execution to mitigate fraud risk while enabling innovation and customer centric growth through assessing fraud risks, evaluating operational impacts, and fulfilling key project responsibilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fraud prevention and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
In office role with hybrid schedule, Ally work locations are Charlotte NC, Fort Washington PA or Lewisville TX

Base Pay Range

: $125000 – $190000 USDAn individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
