Remote – USA Overview

We are seeking a full-time FHIR Integration Engineer who will serve as the sole owner and technical lead for all EMR integrations across our organization. This role is critical to the success of our interoperability and data access strategy, with full responsibility for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable integrations with EPIC, Cerner, MediTech, and other electronic medical record systems.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and X12 standards, strong technical skills in API development and data transformation, and the ability to independently manage the entire lifecycle of clinical and administrative data exchange.
