Job InformationThe Marketplace Manager leads all aspects of store operations, business development, and relationship management on Korean eCommerce platforms such as Coupang and Naver. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, supporting a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! These efforts extend across a variety of selling platforms including Coupang, Naver, Gmarket, and other Korea marketplaces.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Drive performance by leading all marketplace activities, including store/account setup and compliance, backend operations, assortment planning, issue resolution, and growth strategies• Develop end-to-end frameworks and map all operational checkpoints for marketplace expansion, defining required internal resources, dependencies, and realistic timelines for efficient store launch and onboarding• Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies• Plan and execute platform-specific assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to optimize product catalog impact and sales growth across different Korean marketplaces• Establish and develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders from major marketplaces such as category managers, platform support, and partner/account managers• Continuously monitor, interpret, and respond to platform requirements, policy updates, and new marketplace initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance and competitivenessQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business or related program• Experience marketplace commercial efforts (Coupang, Gmarket, Naver etc.)• Outstanding analytical and data management skills• Self-motivated and proactive• High ethical standardsWhat does high performance look like?• You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner• You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given• You actively comment and participate in group collaborations• You will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion
