Who We Are
Good Inside is redefining parenting – not as something that should “just come naturally,” but as a skill to learn and practice. Founded by Dr. Becky Kennedy and Dr. Erica Belsky, we combine sturdy leadership with innovative technology to give parents personalized guidance, AI-powered support, and a global community.
Our mission: help parents raise resilient, confident kids in a changing world. We’ve already reached millions, and we’re just getting started. We’re refining our product and expanding our reach to empower even more families.
We’re looking for bold, high-ownership problem-solvers who want to build something new, tackle big challenges, and be at the forefront of change.
The Opportunity
Good Inside is looking for an independent, empathetic, and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier service for our Good Inside parents, empowering them to get the most out of their membership.
This is a part-time, remote role averaging 10–20 hours per week (minimum 10), with occasional flexibility to increase hours for high-volume periods such as promotions, sales, or major product launches.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Respond promptly to new support requests, ensuring member needs are fully understood.
- Accurately and efficiently answer questions regarding Good Inside’s membership and content.
- Troubleshoot and document bugs, collaborating with the Good Inside Engineering team until resolved.
- Capture and share customer feedback, advocating for the voice of the customer internally.
- Maintain and update Help Center articles to assist members in finding their own answers.
- Contribute to developing and documenting support processes to improve day-to-day operations.
- Stay fluent in the Good Inside app’s functionality and collaborate with team members to prepare for new releases.
A Great Candidate…
- Feels deeply connected to Good Inside’s mission and believes in making a real difference for parents and children.
- Has a bias toward action — you’d rather solve a problem than debate it endlessly.
- Leads with empathy, making every member feel heard, respected, and supported.
- Welcomes direct, constructive feedback and uses it as a tool for growth.
- Is a true self-starter — you notice opportunities, bring ideas to the table, and take ownership.
- Thrives in variety, happily switching between tasks and stepping into new challenges.
- Understands that the customer needs ebb and flow, and is willing to flex hours during high-volume moments like promotions, sales, or product launches.
What We’re Looking For in You
- Experience: 1+ years in a customer-facing role with a proven ability to communicate clearly in writing.
- Skills: Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Mindset: Curious and resourceful — you don’t just identify issues, you dig into the “why” and find solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, and open to increasing hours during peak times to ensure members are supported.
What We Offer

- Remote work environment + Flexible schedule
- A team committed to empowering parents in order to change the way this generation of children are raised.
