Remote Account Manager – (Pharma & Personal Care Division ) @ Ecolab

Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services. In our Pharma segment, we provide specialized cleaning, disinfection & digital solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturing sites to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing Pharma segment. This role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Cork, Kerry, and Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

– Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

– Identify opportunities for growth and drive double-digit sales revenue and pipeline expansion

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

– Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics

– Represent Ecolab professionally while on-site and during remote engagements

Requirements

– Experience in account management, preferably within healthcare or manufacturing sectors

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a larger remote and field-based team

– Willingness to travel 3 days per week within the assigned region

– Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools

– Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets

– Achieve double-digit sales revenue growth

– Expand sales pipeline within assigned territory
