How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing initiatives to drive global brand performance of this high-growth Direct-to-Consumer brand.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies to drive impactful media coverage, press releases, and publicity campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and product advocacy, collaborating with key influencers to create compelling content.
• Own the Australia and New Zealand marketing calendar for wholesale translating the brand strategy into annual and monthly ‘360’ campaigns to ensure aligned with revenue goals, promotional activities, and global brand initiatives.
• Work closely with DTC channels (acquisition, site, retention) as well as Global/US Marketing (PR, influencers) and Global Brand and Creative teams.
• Own and provide high level insight on market level documents that monitor and measure key wholesale KPIs including but not limited to new/existing customer revenue, % discount, transactions, AOV, etc..
• Oversee new product launch planning, coordinating with global, creative, site and channel leads to deploy in market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights, leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Creative Services to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

• Hours: Typical business hours, with some flexibility required
• Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting & screen time
What you’ll bring to the table
• 5+ years in marketing and brand management, at least 2 in consumer products and ecommerce
• 2+ years of influence marketing responsibilities
• Proven track record in creative thinking, generation of new marketing ideas, and working with internal creative partners and global teams.
• Agility and strategic thinking for a dynamic category and channel
• Ability to lead cross-functional partners in integrated projects.
• Level of comfort, and skill, at influencing without authority
• Strong project management skills
