About the Opportunity

In this role, you will help pioneer Worldly’s sales development function, joining a nascent team that has proven initial success and is ready to scale up. The SDR team is responsible for planning and executing various outreach strategies to evangelize Worldly’s value to prospective customers. The vast majority of environmental impact for most companies lies within their supply chain. Worldly is in a unique position to help consumer brands, retailers, and manufacturers measure and reduce that impact. You will need to come up with creative approaches to capture the attention of these companies, and convince them that they should explore Worldly’s offerings.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Accounts.

Compensation Overview

$50,000 – $56,000 Annual Base Salary (USD)

Competitive Commission Plan

Equity Stock Option (ICU) Program

*Final compensation details will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.

Compensation will be converted to the applicable currency by Deel, based on region.
