Our client is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to join a growing team and provide excellent service to their customers.
As part of the Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries through omni-channel communication and ensuring accurate, timely support. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to new systems and products in a dynamic, supportive environment. This role offers a great opportunity to start or further develop your career in customer operations.
YOU WILL
- Resolve customer inquiries primarily via email, with occasional phone support
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent quality service while building positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with consumers and merchants to gather and evaluate information to resolve escalated loan processing issues
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your skills and responsibilities
- Identify trends and areas for improvement such as customer experience, process quality, or product features
- Support ad-hoc projects and the incubation of new products and features
- Manage schedules, emails, and chat channels independently to ensure productivity and strong quality scores
Requirements
- Willingness to support operations during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment
- Previous experience in customer support (phone, email, chat) is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from cross-functional partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through
- Familiarity with Mac (iOS) and Google Workspace tools is a plus
