Job Description
Job Description
Are you passionate about working with data and clients — but not interested in coding?
As a Client Data Consultant at NIQ, you’ll be the link between our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and our clients across Europe and beyond. Your role will focus on helping clients use BI tools (like Discover) to make smarter decisions based on data. This is a client-facing position that values communication, insight delivery, and solution consulting — not programming.
We’re looking for someone who understands how data supports business, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow in an international, tech-enabled environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support NIQ clients in understanding and using BI platforms like Discover
- Co-create BI solutions that meet clients’ evolving data needs
- Deliver and maintain standardised reporting across multiple markets and currencies
- Join client meetings to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions
- Spot opportunities for upselling or new projects based on client needs
- Act as a bridge between client teams and internal delivery teams
- Provide clear communication and training to support user adoption
- Escalate and follow up on issues to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate with your manager and market leads to align priorities
- Work closely with international teams, including delivery teams in India
- Contribute to a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, ideally in FMCG or data/BI-related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client interactions
- Fluent English (B2+); additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools like Discover, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, or similar
- Basic understanding of BI concepts and data workflows
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, but not required
- Project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a cross-functional, international setup
- Passion for using technology to solve business challenges

Our Benefits
- Flexible working environment
- Volunteer time off
