We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our 100% telehealth service. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity, delivering high-quality assessment and therapy online to children, adults, and their support networks.
Full Time, Part-time or Contract Options.
About the Role
This role is purely telehealth, offering services via video and phone to clients funded through the NDIS, Medicare (EPC/CDM), Home Care Packages (HCP), the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and private arrangements.
You will provide assessment and intervention for:
- Speech
- Language
- Social Communication
- Literacy
- Voice
- Fluency
- Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Swallowing/Mealtime Management/Dysphagia
You’ll deliver dedicated Speech Pathology sessions as well as work collaboratively within our transdisciplinary model (primarily Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy).
We continue to develop innovative, multidisciplinary programs to meet the needs of our community. Common client presentations include Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Down Syndrome, and various genetic and neurological conditions.
Essential Criteria
- Qualification as a Speech Pathologist
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary online team
- Confidence using mobile and online technologies to deliver therapy
- Passion for ongoing learning and professional development
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Eligible for or currently registered with Medicare
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Please note: While a Driver’s Licence is listed due to broader organisational requirements, this specific role does not involve travel.

- Experience providing therapy across the lifespan and a range of clinical areas
- Strong rapport-building skills with clients and their support networks
- Compassion, empathy, and a client-centred approach
- Organisational skills to manage a diverse, remote caseload
- High standard of communication, including developing detailed reports
