JOB SUMMARY:

This position is an integral part of the sales team and supports the development and maintenance of growth strategy across enterprise products and services. The incumbent will present products and services to clients with the support of sales leaders. The position’s overall goal is to achieve annual sales goals based on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The Manager will participate in and support the work of salespeople on team aligned to specific products. 2 positions open! JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in developing annual AOP for the achievement of corporate objectives.
2. Execute individual new business growth plan supporting all products towards achievement of AOP.
3. Support key sales efforts as the subject matter expert (SME) across an array of products, including Network, Analytics-based, and other client pricing strategies.
4. Build cross-functional knowledge to fill in as SME across all products.
5. Share best practices on how to coordinate with sales and close deals.
6. Facilitate sales processes and present value propositions to prospects.
7. Collaborate and manage the assistance of finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure delivery of subject matter expertise to key staff at targeted prospects. Work with Marketing Communications on developing sales and value market messages and supporting materials for payment integrity and audit services.
8. Coordinate with other market segment leaders to help identify and pursue existing client opportunities.
9. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure the creation of high-quality, comprehensive reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
12. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare payor and health insurance market.
13. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
14. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Must have 6 years’ experience in sales, account management, and/or consulting in healthcare products & services to payors. Must be able to travel up to 30%.
* Knowledge of claims workflows, electronic commerce, financial aspects of the healthcare delivery system, and dynamics between payors and providers. * Strong Communication & Influencing skills to engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and leadership. Ability to manage details with executive presence.
* Communication (written, verbal and listening), leadership, facilitation, training, interpersonal, strategic, presentation, organization, planning, and negotiation skills. * Track record of driving sales to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Lead large-scale projects and bring them to successful conclusion. * Expertise in developing targeted business proposals and negotiate contracts.
* Ability to build key relationships with industry associations, key stakeholders.
* Ability to interact with internal departments and clients to produce positive outcomes.
* Experience in defining new value propositions and adopt novel product planning best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-sectional teams in building solutions and solving issues.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma OR 8+ years of relevant experience.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $90K to $100K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
