We’re looking for friendly, organised and proactive people to join our team as Candidate Experience Specialists.
Once our sourcers have found a candidate and they’re in the interview process, you’ll be their main point of contact. Your job is to make sure every candidate feels supported, informed and valued from the moment they enter the pipeline right through to the offer stage.
You’ll be the person who answers their questions, keeps them up to date, checks in on how they’re feeling and makes the whole experience smooth, human and even a little special. We want candidates to feel like they’re being looked after by a trusted guide.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for candidates going through the hiring process.
- Proactively schedule and hold check-in calls to keep candidates informed and comfortable.
- Make sure candidates always know what’s coming next in the process.
- Provide thoughtful, timely updates between interviews and feedback rounds.
- Work closely with sourcers and recruiters to ensure a seamless hand-off and consistent experience.
- Keep everything organised in our systems so candidates never feel lost or overlooked.
- Help maintain our reputation for a luxury-level candidate experience.
