This is a 100% remote position.
About your new role:
As a Lead Circuit Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of Circuit Delivery Coordinators (CDCs), working closely with Project Managers to ensure all circuit management activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ordering of internet circuits to support customer deployments.
- Track circuit orders and communicate key milestone updates to Project Managers and customers throughout the delivery process.
- Lead, mentor, and coach your team of Circuit Delivery Coordinators on effective escalation practices and provider-specific processes.
- Ensure adherence to carrier policies and internal service delivery standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Vendor Management to remove roadblocks and maintain delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update Knowledge Base (KB) articles to reflect changes in carrier processes and procedures, ensuring all documentation remains accurate and current.
- Communicate process updates during weekly team calls and contribute to the preparation of the Monday review PowerPoint presentation.
- Take ownership of escalations and provide hands-on support for any off-track orders or issues requiring leadership intervention.
- Monitor your team’s high-priority and past-due cases to ensure timely resolution; no case should remain open for more than four days.
- Participate in the interview process, focusing on identifying candidates who demonstrate both strong skills and alignment with the team’s culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrate experience working with a variety of internet providers, both domestic and international, to effectively manage circuit delivery and escalation processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to continuously develop skills, expand knowledge, and proactively address challenges.
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
