We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Enterprise Service Team, ensuring successful execution of critical programs such as cross-department initiatives and ongoing maintenance/on-call readiness.
This role will focus on program planning and governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk and dependency management across multiple technical and business teams.
The Program Manager will act as a central coordination point between Engineering, Product, Platform, Customer Success and Revenue, driving outcomes that balance innovation, stability and client impact.
Your Day to Day
Strategic Program Execution & Governance
- Drive the execution of high-impact initiatives across teams and regions.
- Define program plans, manage timelines and scope and track progress against key milestones.
- Ensure risk management, escalation handling, change control processes are in place and followed.
Cross-Team Coordination & Dependency Management
- Align efforts across Engineering, Platform, CS, Revenue to remove blockers and ensure accountability.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between streams and client-facing teams to avoid delivery delays.
- Own the program communication layer across technical and business stakeholders.
Operational Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide transparent, actionable reporting to Engineering Management and Executive stakeholders.
- Run program status reviews, track KPIs, and proactively highlight risks, mitigation plans and successes.
- Ensure structured client communication through close collaboration with PM and CSM teams.
Support for Hybrid Priorities: BAU + Transformation
- Coordinate workstreams that blend ongoing maintenance, incident response and platform transformation.
- Help prioritize team capacity across support, technical debt and strategic roadmap execution.
- Maintain oversight of team load and milestones to ensure balanced and sustainable delivery.
You Have & You Know-how
- 7+ years of experience in program management or technical delivery roles, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs, including infrastructure or platform migrations (e.g. Cloud, CI/CD, or large-scale architectural upgrades).
- Deep understanding of program governance, planning methodologies (Agile, Scrum or hybrid), and risk/dependency management.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, capable of balancing multiple initiatives, priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, product and business teams around a shared execution plan.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), roadmap visualization, and program dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience in financial services and technology, with prior program or delivery management experience in cloud migration, platform modernization or enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
