Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s Director, Digital Marketing & Operations, you will:
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Revecore’s digital marketing ecosystem. This leader will drive performance across all digital channels — ensuring measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
The Director will serve as both a strategist and operator: elevating Revecore’s digital presence through SEO/SEM, paid media, website experience, and analytics, while also advancing the marketing organization’s operational maturity through data, technology, and process excellence.
The Role:
- Digital Marketing Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of Revecore’s digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, paid social and web channels.
- Oversee website management and optimization, including A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion performance.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Google and other paid media campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead quality.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, data is accurate, and insights are actionable in collaboration with Sr. Director Revenue Marketing.
- Own dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics to track marketing performance and ROI.
- Partner with Sales to refine lead scoring, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with content and brand leads to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT for web and systems development initiatives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Champion a culture of testing, measurement, and optimization.
- Establish best practices for digital governance, tagging, and campaign measurement.
- Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Website traffic & conversion rates
- Lead quality (MQL → SQL → win rate)
- Paid media ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency
- Brand visibility and share of voice
You will be successful if you have:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with deep expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, and web optimization.
- Proven success managing marketing operations, including CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort translating data into strategy and action.
- Experience building integrated digital campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.
- Experience supporting website content strategy and development, including collaboration with external agencies and creative partners.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a bias for execution.
