This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Senior Product Sales Engineer. The RingCentral Senior Product Sales Engineer is accountable for being the technical voice and interface of our Global Service Provider Team in Australia, ensuring that the solutions we create and develop are both technically sound and commercially viable, whilst helping to build long-term trust with our partners and customers. 

The Senior Product Sales Engineer is expected to have industry knowledge in the areas of UC, CX / Contact Centre, AI, Language Models, Mobility and IMS Integration, as well as a comprehensive understanding of API’s and developer Portals. In-depth knowledge of RingCentral’s UC & Customer Experience Portfolio, including RingCX OEM partners, would also be of benefit.

As a technical voice and interface of our Global Service Provider Team in Australia, your primary mission is to drive revenue and ensure long-term technical trust with partners and customers.
