Our headquarters is in sunny Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. Since we don’t have a physical campus in Singapore, this role is fully remote – giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you thrive.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Growing the region: Scale Canva Enterprise revenue across South East Asia with consistent, predictable execution.
Exploring new markets: Run structured tests, validate demand, and operationalise go‑to‑market for new segments and countries.
Navigating complexity: Manage multi‑stakeholder deals, align exec sponsors, and unblock procurement and security reviews across diverse regulatory environments.
Driving adoption: Championing value delivery that leads to expansion and renewal outcomes in SEA accounts.
Systematising excellence: Implement playbooks, KPIs, and feedback loops to improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Building leaders: Hire and be a hands-on coach with A‑players and develop future managers across the region.
Winning together: Collaborate with SDR, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to amplify impact with localised motions.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-impact team focused on driving adoption and delivering value to our customers through Canva’s suite of tools. We thrive on understanding our customers’ goals, tailoring Canva to meet their needs, and empowering them to scale their creativity and collaboration.
