At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the effective day to day management and optimisation of the 123 Reg website, which is a major British domain registrar and web hosting company founded in 2000, now owned by GoDaddy. The role focuses on reporting on performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimising pages and supporting experimentation to drive conversion rates and revenue. You will work closely with the Website Director and a wider cross-functional team, rather than owning the website in isolation.
You will get the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of marketeers, UX designers, copywriters, SEO experts, analysts and developers based across the UK, EMEA and the US. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a highly organised, self-motivated all-rounder with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and excellent spoken and written English. The role will be based in Romania or Bulgaria.
What you’ll get to do…
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative website analysis using tools like QuickSight, FullStory, and analytics platforms to monitor conversion rate, revenue, pageviews, bounce rate, and more. Build reports and insights to identify user friction points, and proactively uncover opportunities to improve website performance, UX, and CX.
- Drive the experimentation programme by crafting hypotheses to build and deploy experiments (using Hivemind), and using metrics to analyze the results and present the insights and recommendations to key business units.
- Build and optimize high-performing landing pages and customer journeys using CMS platforms Sitecore and Contentful.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, SEO, SEM, Email, Marketing Ops, and UX teams to optimize key pages, templates, and customer journeys, as well as support specific campaigns and initiatives with data-driven insights to improve revenue and conversion.
- Independently manage workload and priorities across multiple initiatives while serving as backup for CMS and experimentation tools when Marketing Operations is unavailable, ensuring high-quality delivery and attention to detail throughout.
Your experience should include…
- 2+ years experience working in Marketing, supporting website performance, digital marketing, or being in a marketing operations role.
- Hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, QuickSight or Tableau to report on website performance to analyze reporting, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- English fluency, with confidence communicating and presenting to teams at all levels.
- Experience working with ecommerce websites and an understanding of CRO and SEO.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and how to use them to improve efficiency and deliver business value.
You might also have…
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable qualification, or equivalent experience in practice.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint would be beneficial.
- Experience in the domains, hosting or SaaS industry would be a bonus.
We’ve got your back… We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
