As the Director of I&B Business, Talent & Engagement, you will co-create and champion Pinterest’s enterprise-wide Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) strategy. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with the Chief I&B Officer and Leadership to design and execute impactful initiatives that advance inclusion, belonging, and business results across all functions, regions, and the talent lifecycle. As a transformation leader, you will leverage your strong understanding of AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of I&B efforts. Your ability to influence at the enterprise level will help create measurable organizational change and drive meaningful I&B outcomes at Pinterest.
