Description & Requirements

Purpose of this leadership role is to drive consistent quality engagement in support of sales in the selling stage and in the delivery stage to improve customer value creation and experience and thereby increase referenceability, for both ERP and non-ERP attach deals and projects.

It will also be accountable for the Acumen GPS delivery team and business.

Responsibilities

• Presales

Ø Act as single point of contact for Edge opportunities (collaborate with relevant Industry practice when embedded into CS)

Ø Oversee Delivery bid response to coordinate with SAAS sales, Client partner and competency centre (scope, assumptions, RACI, phasing and approvals).

Ø Tier 5 approver

• Recurring governance (delegate attendance in case of language issues)

Ø Support deal qualification with SAAS, GPS and Alliances

Ø Ensure alignment with GPS Sales, reviewing pipeline and current opportunities.

Ø Align delivery with Competency centre, off shore delivery with GDS, etc

Ø Support strategy development and relationship management with main partners involved in our co-delivery to help optimize growth and delivery capacity in the market.

• Project Delivery

Ø Sponsor delivery projects and attend client project steering committees

Ø Support GPS PM (PM provided by Region) as per Governance principles

Ø Early detection of issues through internal project review and management of any escalations. Specifically review root causes of delivery in Cloudsuite attached projects and implement an improvement programme.

Ø Ensure value is cocreated with the customer and create live customer references.
