As Revecore’s Special Projects Manager, you will:
Operate with a Chief of Staff mindset. Your personal mission will be to empower executives to be the best leaders they can be for their teams. This is not a reactive calendar-only role. This is a proactive, trusted partner position at the center of the company.
You will work directly with the Chief Operations Officer to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving organization. This role creates leverage at the highest level of the company. By enabling the COO to operate with clarity, focus, and energy, you directly impact the pace, health, and effectiveness of the entire organization. The systems you build, the meetings you shape, and the moments you protect will ripple across the team.
The Role:
- Act as a strategic extension of the COO—anticipating needs, removing friction, and creating leverage
- Own complex calendaring, prioritization, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare executives for meetings by creating briefs, talking points, agendas, and follow-ups
- Help prepare Board materials, internal updates, decks, and written communications
- Track key priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure nothing drops
- Bring order to ambiguity and proactively propose systems, processes, and improvements
- Serve as a cultural force-multiplier by establishing clear standards for responsiveness, organization, and execution
- Proactively perform general administrative duties, draft responses, organize information, track follow-ups, etc.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders in a growing, fast-moving organization
- A proven track record of creating polished, executive-level presentation materials
- Comfort operating across a wide range of responsibilities, from expense reports to cross-functional project coordination and handling inbound questions from leaders’ teams
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- A deeply proactive nature, with a knack for creating efficiencies, anticipating needs, and minimizing surprises for executives
This role is for someone who:
- Finds fulfillment in enabling leaders and teams to operate at their highest level
- Thrives amid frequent context-switching and incomplete information
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both executives and operators
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Exercises strong judgment and knows when to push, protect, or escalate
- Is equally comfortable handling logistics and contributing to strategic work
- Treats discretion, trust, and reliability as non-negotiable
Non-Negotiables
- Consistent proactivity (this is not a reactive role)
- Executive presence and strong written/verbal communication
- Ability to work directly with senior leaders
- High ownership mindset
We value:
- Trust and discretion
- Ownership over instruction
- Clear thinking in chaotic environments
- People who raise the bar for how a company operates
