In this role, you will be the primary architect of our regional growth strategy, owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle and directly influencing how essential geospatial technologies are adopted across emerging markets. You will have the autonomy to self-author your success by building a robust distribution network from the ground up, ensuring Trimble remains the partner of choice for industry leaders.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Spearhead the expansion of our sales channel by identifying, recruiting, and developing high-performing distribution and retail partners.
Drive significant revenue growth by proactively uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored, client-focused solutions.
Influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, to create strong market awareness and long-term brand loyalty.
Oversee the implementation phase of new partnerships to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience and long-term operational success.
Collaborate with internal sales experts and executives to manage complex account projects with sharp attention to detail and a focus on customer success.
Essential Skills & Experience:
5+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in prospecting, networking, and executing strategic sales tactics based on market feedback.
Strong proficiency in managing customer relationships within CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Strategic communication skills with the ability to present and influence at the executive level.
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience specifically within the Geospatial or high-tech hardware industry.
Logistics:
Location: Poland, Hungary, or Romania (Remote / Home Office options available near international airports)
Travel Requirement: around 40% – 50%
