Senior Sales and Marketing Assistant Digital Outreach and Sales Support
We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales team through thoughtful digital outreach and lead engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing and is not a traditional marketing assistant position. The focus is on helping sales teams generate more qualified conversations and appointments through digital channels such as LinkedIn email and social outreach using assets created by Marketing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced digital outreach professional, a strong sales and marketing writer and someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with a U.S. based sales team.
This is an international remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams by executing and owning digital outreach initiatives
Use marketing assets to drive prospect engagement and appointment generation
Write and customize professional sales and marketing messages
Engage prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn email and social messaging
Support webinar and event related outreach from invitation through follow up
Maintain clean organized lead data across CRM and outreach tools
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership
Track outreach activity and provide clear reporting and insights

Requirements
Sales and Marketing Expertise
- Strong sales and marketing writing skills with experience driving responses and conversations
- Proven experience supporting sales teams through digital outreach
- Ability to personalize messaging while maintaining efficiency at scale
Tools and Technology
- Strong experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive for lead management and follow ups
- Working experience inside Go High Level for lead tracking workflows or campaign support
- Advanced use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting outreach and organization
- Working knowledge of Canva for light edits or assembling outreach assets
- Basic familiarity with Adobe tools such as Acrobat or Illustrator for reviewing or making minor adjustments to assets
Work Style and Collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously from high level direction
- Comfort collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams
- Strong judgment in prioritizing outreach and follow up activities
- Comfort learning and adapting to new tools and technology
