Remote Territory Rental Manager – The Toro Company @ The Toro Company

Siteworks Systems (SWS) is Toro’s premier versatile line of compact construction equipment, including compact track loaders (CULs), trenchers, stumpgrinders , utility buggies and electric equipment for indoor construction. This TRM position will be managing the sale of SWS equipment to equipment rental locations.

This Territory Rental Manager (TRM) is responsible for achieving divisional rental sales objectives through the Rental Direct and Manufacturer Representative network within an assigned territory. This role drives growth across Construction, Landscape, and related industries by executing rental‑focused sales strategies, developing Manufacturer Representative capabilities, and ensuring consistent implementation of Toro sales, marketing, and cultural initiatives. The position plays a critical role in expanding rental channel performance, improving market penetration, and supporting long‑term divisional profitability.

Territory includes US North East, Upper Midwest, potentially Mid-Atlantic and Canada.
