The Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in Edinburgh. You’ll play a key administrative role supporting recruitment activities across our UK teams, ensuring candidates receive a first-class experience while keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class and memorable experience when applying and interviewing at FanDuel
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and talent communities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, kick-off meetings and debriefs
- Support with pre-employment processes including references, contracts and background checks
- Assist with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics
- Organise and attend recruitment events
- Support process improvements and employer branding initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in scheduling, coordination or related field
- Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to project manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Great communicator who can work effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
