ACCOUNTING MANAGER

HYBRID GEORGIA 

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK

The Role:

Responsible for overseeing the monthly close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls in a complex, multi‑entity environment. This role leads and develops the accounting team while partnering across the organization to support the company’s growth, compliance, and strategic objectives.

At ENGIE Impact, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining pay. Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity. All offers will be in compliance with all local, state, and federal minimum wage requirements.

The target pay range for this position is $82,000- $139,000

In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and annual bonus.
