This role is ideal for someone energized by building exceptional end-user experiences in a B2C environment and excited about the intersection of payments, fintech, and financial wellness. You’ll own product strategy and execution for key Dayforce Wallet capabilities, shaping how users can access their pay. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Legal, Marketing, and Customer teams to deliver secure, intuitive, and impactful solutions at scale.What you’ll get to do • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce Wallet features • Deeply understand end-user needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement • Build seamless, consumer-grade experiences that simplify payments and improve financial well-being • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions • Navigate payments ecosystems, compliance requirements, and risk considerations in a fintech context • Prioritize initiatives using data, experimentation, and business impact • Work in a fast-paced, B2C-oriented environment where customer expectations are high and iteration cycles are rapidSkills and experience we value • Deep user empathy and a strong track record of building intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences • Strong product discovery skills — comfortable using user research, experimentation, and data to inform decisions • Ability to translate complex technical, compliance, and risk requirements into simple, elegant user experiences • Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success and Operations • Comfort operating in regulated environments and balancing speed of innovation with risk managementWhat would make you really stand out • Experience with payments, digital wallets, fintech, or financial wellness products • Thrives in fast-paced environmentsWhat’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
