Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Principal Consultant

The Principal Consultant is responsible for leading Professional Services’ consulting teams during customer projects and oversees the day-to-day operations of a project until completion. The Principal Consultant is one of the primary contacts between WWT and the customer for any services project. In some cases, the Principal Consultant will lead several projects concurrently.

A Principal Consultant must be capable of supervising and leading a project team, managing a complex project, and being a recognized expert by significant career experience in enterprise IT leadership or by demonstrating technical/professional services expertise in one or more WWT technology practices.

The Principal Consultant leads customer-facing services projects of medium to large size or complexity. Principal Consultants often lead all aspects of these projects and the development of project deliverables (examples include white papers, plans, strategies, designs, assessments, and business case analyses). The Principal Consultant must be “Two in the Box” as part of WWTs approach to driving successful project outcomes.
