Fountain is growing, and so is our People team! We are seeking a People Partner who is eager to help make Fountain a great place to work and grow. You’ll work with business leaders, managers, and employees across Fountain to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help Fountaineers succeed.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with all levels of management to provide expertise and creative solutions/strategies for a variety of people functions including organizational health, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, engagement, inclusion and diversity, learning, and performance coaching
- Challenge and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of People programs and solutions and recommend changes to meet business and employee needs
- Work with People leaders to design programs that enhance all phases of the employment lifecycle
- Partner with Head of People and senior leadership team to build and scale critical job architecture infrastructure to help prepare Fountain for its next phase of growth
- Be a culture builder ensuring our people programs, solutions and programs are reflective of Fountain’s values
What you should bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior human resources generalist or business partner role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Ability to effectively communicate with senior management in an efficient manner
- Comfort with ambiguity and thrives while guiding the business through transformation and growth
- A business mindset whose decisions are informed by data and experience and appetite for an unconventional approach to People
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate a sense of urgency and flex in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 USD
