We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team and help develop and manage partnerships with other businesses and organizations. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for reaching out to and developing new qualified partnerships to bring more amazing nonprofits into the Givebutter Fam! Specifically, this person will work with us to develop partnerships with State Associations, Consultants and Agencies, Tech platforms, and National Organizations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strategic partnerships and will be able to think creatively about how to create value for both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on inbound partnership requests
  • Identify and prioritize high value partnership opportunities from prospective leads
  • Follow up and close on partnership leads both incoming and those identified by Partnerships Director
  • Negotiate and close on prospective partners
  • Monitor the progress of existing partnerships, proactively identify any issues that may arise, and ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations.
  • Track performance of partnerships and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, success, and product development, to ensure partnerships are properly executed
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships management or a related field.
  • Experience negotiating and closing on relationships either in a Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Marketing role
  • Proven ability to manage a multitude of external relationships at once
  • Experience organizing resources and stakeholders necessary to attend industry events and conferences
  • Strong written communication, previous experience ghostwriting for leadership
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google Suite, and Notion is beneficial but not required
$70,000 – $90,000 a year
