Role Description

At Dropbox, people are our greatest asset.  The People Analytics team has grown alongside with Dropbox to help our leaders make more informed decisions on identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top level talent. As Dropbox embarks on the new world of Virtual first – the People Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to analyze People data to help usher in this new era of work. Not only will you partner within the people team, but members across the organization to uncover trends and influence the greater company strategy. This role will have a specific focus on People data and using quantitative/qualitative data to help scale our shift to Virtual First. You should have a demonstrated ability to think analytically about the business, deliver concrete results under ambiguity, have a critical eye for detail, and have high expectations and standards.
