TeamSnap is looking for a Display Media Sales Operations Specialist to build strategic digital media plans and creative solutions that best meet our clients needs. You will also work with our cross functional teams to develop digital product and sales strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Operations: Build strategic, digital media plans, liaising with sales, creative solutions & research teams to construct proposal ideas & inventory solutions that best meet client expectations & campaign objectives.
  • Drive the media planning process with a focus on pricing and package development that fulfill client RFP (request for proposal) needs.
  • Proactive development of sales packages for new programs/products/initiatives that the TeamSnap sales team can leverage to prospect new business.
  • Pricing Analysis: Work with the VP of Product Marketing & Strategy to develop pricing and digital product strategies to support advertising revenue driving initiatives.
  • Help maintain rate card integrity in our media plans, while offering maximum value for our clients.
  • Gain insight into the full end-to-end display media campaign management process, starting with Pre-Sales media planning but extending to Post Sale trafficking, testing, pacing, delivery & client success management. Incorporate learnings to optimize pricing, improve TeanSnap’s media product offering & add customer value.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement & manage off si​​te audience extension social, display & video campaigns across various platforms.
  • Looking Ahead: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices & emerging technologies to identify new revenue opportunities.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 2+  years’ experience with different advertising systems & technologies: Google AM360 (DFP/Doubleclick for Publishers), order management platforms (FatTail AdBook); Programmatic products & solutions, LiveIntent, Salesforce, third party verification vendors, rich media firms etc.
  • Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem as it relates to Display, Video, Rich Media Engagement, and email.
  • Play a major role with related operational work; ad hoc GAM360 or OMS system updates, Quality Assurance (QA) and campaign delivery projects.
  • Serve as the systems and product knowledge specialist for display/sales operations and processes, providing the best possible customer experience.
  • Exceptional problem solving, leadership, management skills that compliment a proactive and detail-oriented nature.
  • Investigate and resolve complicated technical product or system issues
  • Assist with vendor management; this includes communicating with external advertising partners about business needs and functionality of the products used.
  • Use product expertise and understanding of customer needs to suggest product, system, & process improvements that result in impactful changes to the team’s efficiency, client performance, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proactively recognizing patterns and variances in data to troubleshoot and identify bugs, and participate in technical clean-up projects based on findings.

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $55,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
🖥 Location
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota, and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
