About the Role

The People Systems Lead will help build and scale our people systems infrastructure as we continue to grow globally over the next few years. This person will play a crucial role in managing and scaling our tools & systems, reporting & analytics, and internal processes, in order to effectively support a quickly growing global organization.
This is a remote opportunity reporting to our People Operations Manager. This role is open to candidates who reside in the US and will require occasional travel for in-person meetings.
Current HR Systems: UKG, Lever, Lattice, Tableau, Charthop, Enboarder, Gem, Calamari, Ethena, Confluence/JIRA, Moveworks

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Manage and scale our people systems infrastructure by building and executing on a multi-year project roadmap, with the goal of optimizing functionality, building automations, and creating a seamless user experience.
  • Develop advanced reporting capabilities for internal stakeholders in order to solve both short-term ad-hoc requests, as well as create longer-term continuous reporting solutions.
  • Build the foundation for our People Analytics initiatives by implementing rigorous data management practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and build People Analytics dashboards that provide access and insights to key People data and metrics.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to help design and document efficient, automated, and scalable People Operations processes (e.g. Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Performance, Engagement, Organizational Changes, etc.).

What You Will Bring

  • Strong working knowledge of complex Human Resource Information Systems (e.g. UKG, Workday, etc.) and experience managing and scaling a modern People Operations technology infrastructure.
  • Strong data visualization, analytical, and reporting skills (bonus points for Tableau experience).
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a natural ability and high-capacity to implement and improve processes.
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence with an ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Natural curiosity and excitement to continually learn and stay up to date with People Operations topics.

The base salary range for this US full-time position is $100,000 – $125,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. All candidates receive equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits offering.  The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for candidates across all US locations. Work location, skills, experience, and any relevant education or training determine the compensation awarded to the candidate.
